These 'photos' are actually frame cells from an 8MM film bestowed
unto me by Mel Ogden. I believe the film was shot by either Don
Phoenix or one of his assitants as it concentrates on the Midstate cars
in attendence. It catches most of the action at the Fair from 1960 thru
1965 and captures all of the cars in brilliant Kodachrome color. I was
able to find a nice 8MM projector at a flea market for $5 so I can view
the film and then through some uhh, well, dumpster diving.. (I can't
believe what people throw away...) I found a useable microfiche reader.
Once modified it allows me to take a decent picture of the screen, and
the results are below.
